Where are you located?

Our flagship store is located at 187 N Main St. Harrisonburg, VA. 22801. We are open everyday!

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & 1:00PM - 6:00PM EST

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 1:00PM - 7:00PM EST

Do you buy sneakers and/or accept trade-in?

We operate as a buy, sell, trade shop! The Spot DMV is ALWAYS buying whether you have one pair to sell or an entire collection! If you are looking to sell or trade your sneaker or clothing items, please bring them in-store along with a photo ID. We offer both cash on spot or store credit!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are prepared for shipping within two (2) business days. When it has been processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Domestic U.S. customers
typically receive their purchases within 2-4 business days after dispatch.

At this time we can only support Domestic U.S orders. International orders will be supported in the near future.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What does PO, VNDS, & DS mean?

Pre-Owned (PO) - item is pre-owned, used condition. *May also be missing some of it's original accessories such as extra laces.

Very Near Deadstock (VNDS) - like new condition, lightly worn.

Deadstock (DS) - brand new condition, never worn.
